Results Cheshunt Level 3 Open 5th Oct
Seven Harlow Penguins swimmers competed at the Cheshunt Open Gala at The Venue Borehamwood on Sunday 5th October. These swimmers took all their races very seriously as they were up against some strong clubs, including Bishops Stortford, Hertford, Hoddesdon, Hatfield, Hillingdon and Killerwhales and they should be very proud of their achievements at this Level 3 licence gala.

There were some excellent personal best times and a eleven medals were collected, including a gold by John in the 100m Breaststroke and a sliver and three bronzes by Vikki.

Our swimmers in the 11 years and under age group were Luke G, Luke S and Jasmine and in the 12 years and over were Vikki, Amy, Georgia and John. Thank you to our great supporters and to Carmen for such a rewarding day.
Results Hoddesdon Open 14 Sept 08
17 Harlow Penguins competed at The Venue Borehamwood in the Hoddesdon Gala and there were some very impressive results.

Bradley, Mason, Vikki and Georgia managed to pick up speeding tickets for swimming too fast which is very encouraging at the beginning of the season. Gold medals went to Luke G (3),John (2), Tori (2), Vikki (2), Jasmine (1), Ellis (1), Danny (1) and Georgia (1). With 8 silvers, 12 bronzes, 3 fourths, 5 fifths and 7 sixths this was one of our best ever medal hauls.
