Essex League and Mini League Harlow Penguins again won a resounding victory in round 4 of 4 of the Essex League, Division 3. This now guarantees us promotion to Div 2. and along with the National Swimming League is the second of our three leagues in which we have so far been promoted. Essex Mini League - a confident home win puts Penguins into 2nd place in the table. With 3 more difficult meets to come a top 3 finish is still not guaranteed but Harlow is in with a good chance. There are no divisions in this league.
