How to pay...
Quarterly payments should be made at the start of each term: January, April, July, October Cash is accepted. Cheques should be made out to "Harlow Penguins Swimming Club." There will be a reception desk at Burnt Mill school pool on Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm, where you can pay and put your questions to our Membership Secretary, Claire Wilson (07853 094982), and Treasurer, Chris Tee. The Club does not have enough funds to subsidise late payers. Unfortunately, we are forced to operate a "no fee, no swim" policy, but will allows ample time for you discuss the situation with us. We are always available and willing to listen. Data Protection Act Whichever method of payment you choose, Harlow Penguins needs to record certain information about you and your child. Please read this page about Data Protection Principles, and return a signed copy to our membership secretary at reception. |
