Results from Essex Block B Session 5, 6, 7 & 8 (swam 14th and 15th February 2004)
Another excellent weekend of swimming. Harlow Penguins secured four more County Championship titles (one by Kaz, two by Louis and one by Karl B.). Our swimmers also secured three 3rds and seven other podium places. In addition Karl B. got a National Qualifying time and Cyd smashed two club records. All details can be found below:-
