Time Trials 6th May 2005
70 Harlow Penguin swimmers between the ages of 5 and 12 swam a total of 210 times over 25m and 50m distances of all four strokes. These time trials are extremely important as it allows the swimmers, and parents, to see time progression, the Coaches to look for common flaws in diving, turns, fitness and finishes and for the team manager to pick the strongest team possible for the Junior Speedo gala.
Congratulations to all who took part - I will be arranging certificates in the next couple of weeks so you can see how well you have achieved from the first time trial in January to the one swam on Friday (6th May).

bottom tabs. If you spot a mistake or believe I have missed a time let me know
