Epping Forest 3ER0295 A slightly harder Level 3 gala, Licence 3ER0295. Significant PBs for all swimmers in almost every swim reaped a clutch of medals: Silver to Emily Poolman in 200m IM, Luke Guerrati 50m Fly and 200m IM, Bradley Veitch in 50m Breast, and Mason Arnold in 100m IM, 50m Fly and 50 Free (31s a County Qualifying Time). Bronze: Amy Edwards in 50m Breast Stroke and 50m Freestyle, and Filip Kusnir in 100m IM. New competitors: Celeste Andrew, Ellie Dee and Ryland Elven showed great promise. Improvers: Joel Chan smashed his PBs (with his improved diving), as did Tomas Clark and Saul Linton-Baker. Senior swimmers John Reynolds, Jasmine Hind, Amy Sears, Georgia Andrew and Danny Chan were within half a second of County times in many strokes. |
